Outpatient Services

Everyone experiences difficulty at times in their life. Changes in relationships, careers, health, mood, and other life circumstances can cause stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns. While these are serious conditions, often times they can be successfully treated by qualified medical and mentall health professionals in an outpatient program.

Brookhaven's new outpatient services provides confidential therapeutic guidance and medical consultation for individuals who seek help in dealing with life issues or other mental health concerns but do not need to stay in the hospital.

Our services includes:

  • Individual Counseling
  • Grief Therapy
  • Depression Group Therapy
  • Anxiety Group Therapy NEW! <click here>
  • Family Counseling
  • Marital Counseling
  • Psychiatric Consultation
  • Medication Management

Our team of mental health clinicians will offer you a complete range of services to choose from. Your therapist will integrate a variety of approaches that result in solution-focused, success-oriented treatment, and your psychiatrist will provide you with comprehensive medical care and consultation.

Our goal is to minimize symptoms, help individuals address life problems, and empower them to live fulfilling lives.
