Date: 10-07-09 Synopsis: During her presentation Cheri and participants embarked in an exploration of the powerful Combination of Experiential Learning and the DiSC Personal Profile. The seminar was geared towards those who: • Are new to the concept of merging experiential learning methodology with DiSC Cheri explained that multi-level engagement improves retention and deepens understanding. The active classroom provides a mini life lab of human behavior – participants “get it” because they are “doing it” rather than just talking about it. Participants broadened their facilitator toolkits, as it relates to activities relevant to DiSC, and sharpen their skills by raising awareness as it relates to the DiSC profile.
